Install Problem

I am trying to set up password and getting this error:

Fatal error: Unable to read 5705 bytes in /home/churchof/public_html/calendar/setup/index.php on line 0

I was wondering if this is because I am using an IP address because nameservers haven't been changed yet?

This is saying that file is corrupt (and possible others). See the Errors FAQ below.

Should I redownload and reinstall?

I tried installing a 2nd time and got this error:

The encoded file /home/churchof/public_html/calendar/setup/index.php is corrupt

Any idea why this might happen - I did a completely new download and install.
