Newbie is trying to get calendar to work..pls help

Ok, I got the calendar working with the help of one of my good good Canadian friends but I need some help please. How do I get the calendar to add events based on actual time and not the whole day? I would like to add an event for 2 hours or 30 minutes. I'm certain I've seen this before. Also my description (March 10-11) gets squashed up...is this a CSS problem?

Times aren't supported in Version 4.5. However, it's a planned feature in a future Version 5 release. I actually have the database set up for it in the new version, but it'll probably be in Version 5.1 or so...
