change charset of overLIB popup

I've look through the script and the overlib website but still can't find out how to change the charset that is being use with overlib. I can show the correct characters in the regular popup (when you click on a date) but for the overlib one, I couldn't see where to change it. Can someone tell me what I need to do? Thanks.

Unfortunately, I don't support overLIB but just provide it as an alternative pop-up solution. If you do find a answer to your question, please post it here. :D
