problem with purchase

I have purchased the calendar (which i love by the way) but it still says "demo" on my calendar... how can i get rid of this:

Make sure that you remove the files from the popups directory and upload the new ones from the paid version distribution zip file. This should remove those links. :classic:

My site is ready to launch, which files should I replace to remove the 'demo' aspect from the calendar.

I just purchased your product a few minutes ago - installed the trial version yesterday and still show your name at the bottom of the pop-up menus ... how do I 'replace' anything when I don't have 'new' files ?

Exactly as indicated on the forum thread ... but it STILL shows phpCalendar at bottom of 'pop-up' calendar.
