Fixed an issue when adding a new event, the incorrect year could be selected for a recurring event.
Fixed an issue where a repeating event set to repeat every 0 will now not cause the script to time out.
Fixed an issue for all calendar modes where the events were not in the correct order according to the time.

Added the Version Number to the footer of the Setup Manager.
