Removed the categories option from the theme selection in the Setup Manager.
::. General Changes
Added the $epcAltLink function.
Added a Paths Updated message to the Setup Manager to indicate when the calendar.php file is updated.
Modified the $demoMode variable to not allow changes in the Setup Manager (must be set manually).
Replaced the newer ionCube encoder files with the previously known good versions.
