Is it possible to include separate categories on different sites (via php include)
SO the idea is that i have events in cities and each city has a single site - so now i want to show up on these sites only the events in the cities...

I think this is more of a licencing issue than a technical one, so I'll let Brian resolve this one.

This may be better discussed by opening a support ticket. :classic:

with different sites i meant: different sites on one webpage under one domain...

I think it is not a licensing problem...
So let me try to explain it:
Events for diffferent cities:
Hong-Kong - New York - Berlin
so i got a site www.events.com/hongkong.php (http://www.events.com/hongkong.php) a site www.events.com/newyork.php (http://www.events.com/newyork.php) and a site berlin.php - now i want a include of the events only for the specified cities on each site...

You could set them up as categories and filter them per PHP page. The instructions include the following:
Filter the list of events by category "X". Use the Advanced Filter option of the Event Manager to construct specific filters. While viewing the Advanced Filter screen after executing a filter, at the end of the yellow Filter table is the code to add to the showCat variable to perform this filter operation in your own pages. It will appear like "1|4|7 or a|2|5|9". Add this just before require("calendar/calendar.php");

ah yes, on the same domain, this is not an issue... the way to do this is explained inside of the help file (instructions.chm)... when you said "site" I thought you meant like www.hong-kong.net and www.new-york.com kinda thing.
