HTMLarea not showing anymore

I have completed the upgrade but now HTMLarea isn't showing any more. I only get a normal text area.

What's wrong?

Have you looked in the setup manager to see if it was still enabled?

Thanks for the help. It is working now. I don't recall having such an option before. It sure looks different now anyway.
