Hi,

I've had a look at the FAQ, but although this is the same error, the cause is different.

My diary has been working well, and have upgraded to the lastest version. That all went smoothly, and is has been nice an stable.

How ever I went to check something today I get the error:-

The file /home/essauk/public_html/calendar/functions/functions.inc.php has been encoded with the ionCube PHP Encoder (http://www.ioncube.com/) and requires the free ioncube_loader_lin_4.4.so ionCube PHP Loader (http://www.ioncube.com/loaders.php) to be installed.:devious:

I asked my host if they had done anything, and only a short while ago they have upgraded to PHP v4.4.0 would this have caused the problem, and how do I fix it?

Many Thanks
Dan

Try downloading the new loader from:

http://www.ioncube.com/loaders.php

I'll update the loaders in the next release (6.2.10) which will be released very soon...

Thanks Brian, that worked, don't know why I didn't think of that...

You may need to ask your host to enable this feature, install the loader at the server level, or install Zend Optimizer.

Hi,
I have the same problem mentioned here:
The file /home/damjanl/public_html/muzej/koledar/functions/functions.inc.php has been encoded with the ionCube PHP Encoder (http://www.ioncube.com/) and requires the free ioncube_loader_lin_4.4.so ionCube PHP Loader (http://www.ioncube.com/loaders.php) to be installed.
I followed the links and installed ioncube loader with no problem, but the calendar still don't work: http://www.damjanleban.com/muzej/koledar/.
Can you help?
