Can a license be issued to an IP number?

Am moving a domain from one host to another and would like to get the calendar operating at the new one prior to moving the site's content over.

Since both the mySql and file writing functions are treated differently on the new host, I need to do some major rework prior to making the switch and would prefer to not have to redo the calendar also.

Yes. But if you're using a ~user web address, you'll need to enter the full HTTP URL in the calendar.php file for the Server Address.

When the domain name does go into effect. I'll need to issue a new license for the real domain.

Got my new license installed and working with the mySql database on the IP number.
