Brian (the developer) will only be available in very limited capacity for support in the forums or by any other means during the weekend and until the time of Hurricane Katrina's departure from this area (see post).

License keys may not be able to be reset until August 29 (or possibly later depending on any power outages or telephone issues) as Brian is the only person that can do this.
