Sure. Look in the config.inc.php file. :)

No, it should stay on the server. All of your configuration information is contained in that file.

I found the master user name and password in that file and cannot log in. It just kicks me back to the log in screen. Users log in just fine. Any ideas???

When you say users, do you mean you using a different username/password or other people?
PS: It's bad etiquette to revive a two-year old post.

yes. I have master password for the admin that no loner works, and another name/pass for users that does work.

Thanks but I was never aware of that on any forum. I did a search that addressed my issue and just continued the thread. I wonder why it is considered bad. Should I post my question as a new post???? I never was aware of that guideline. Sorry

Can you try to login in the Event Manager with the admin uname/pass? It is possible that the /setup folder has something corrupted in it.
You can also try to have a backup of config.inc.php and set a new username/password for the admin manually. Just make sure that the line stays in the same format.
