I'm a rather annoyed user!!

I paid for the "No Trial" upgrade via Paypal more than a week ago. I was not provided with a login id because I used Paypal and as such have not yet received the product I paid for.

I've written these guys 3 times with no response. I'm now out the upgrade license fee, have no product to show for it and my client is extremely annoyed.

I must say that you easyphpcalendar guys are horrible with the customer service. It's a shame since I think you have a decent product.

This is the first message I've received from you. I just checked and don't see a support ticket about this issue. When did you post or submit a support ticket?

Did you try the Order Lookup system on the Support Page or from the license setup page of the calendar's Setup Manager?

I'm not quite sure what "I was not provided with a login id" is about? What do you need a login ID for?

I'm very pleased to see a quick response....

The order lookup page does not find the email address I paid from, thus cannot provide me with any login info.

I've been emailing your Paypal address for support and have not raised a support ticket.

I referenced the "login id" as it seems to be required for download of this product.
Paypal payment was completed from getit@aquanode.com

Unfortunately, it's not possible to provide support via email. I'm an IT professional (besides developing the calendar script) and travel to several cities and use several computers every day. It's nearly impossible to keep track of emails between these computers (and a PDA) and make sure that everyone receives the level of support that I strive to provide. So, support can only be provided via the forums and support tickets. :)

I researched your order through PayPal, and it seems that they reported a different email address to the calendar order system, freakingfancy@aquanode.com. Please try using that address to look up your order.

Thanks very much for checking up on this...I didn't realize my primary paypal address was freakingfancy. I have now downloaded and installed the upgrade I needed. Your response and professionalism is very much appreciated.

I do apologize for the earlier post. Many thanks.

This issue was resolved as soon as Brian was made aware of it (back in Sept). Please check the date of the last post before posting in a dead thread.
