When trying to run Setup Manager I get this:

Fatal error: Incompatible file format: The encoded file has format ID 68, which is too old in /home/jease/public_html/a/calendar/setup/index.php on line 0

This error occurs when the files aren't uploaded to the server in the correct format. Try checking that the files were uploaded in forced binary mode or use the auto-installer.
