Hi Brian,
I have bought 1 copy of the full version of EPC for my association & still tinkering with it before launching. I would like to purchase another one for my own site but need some specific requirements.Let me explain a little further, we are a group of aircrew that travel quite a bit & would like a calendar that we can cross check to see where everyone is. Please let me know if these request are possible in current or upcoming versions. The numbers below are arbitary.

1) Say 50 individual users, login & put in their travel details.

2) they can only edit or delete their own entries & no one elses.

3) The ability to view the calendar with only one catergory visible, say all those who will be in london for the month. So i could have 3 calendars showing side by side , with 1 for london, 1 for new york and another sydney.

4) Lastly, the ability to download or beam the events to a phone or pocket PC.

I must say your program is very good. Keep up the good work.

The requests are a little beyond the current scope of the design of the calendar...

1) Limited to 20 users

2) Not possible in Version 6

3) Yes. Use the $showCat variable or the filter plugin

4) Not possible in Version 6

#1 and #2 are planned for the initial release of Version 7.

#4 is, sort-of, planned, but not as a direct import into other devices. More like an export to Outlook or iCal which then could be used for a portable device.

Well if 1 & 2 are in ver7, then i'm most interested, if there is any way you would be able to get 4 in ver7, i'm a definite buyer 110%.

I have a user of my calendar that would just love to interface with Outlook and I bet I could talk him to paying extra for the feature. In other words, if I were you I would develope this into a paid add on because I would assume this would take some research and work to generate the file.

Tim, open a support ticket if you'd like to discuss adding this as a new feature. :)

I would not mind paying to get it developed. But i'm not sure i can afford it, nevertheless i would like to participate.

It's under the Support section at the top of the screen.
