Brian,
After completing an Upgrade from 6.2.12 to 6.3.0 and attempting to run the Setup Manager as the administrator the following was displayed.

Only Master Administrators can log into the Setup Manager!


The username and password used where those of the Master Administrator, as you would expect after an upgrade all calendar functionality has ceased until the setup manager completes it's updates.

Please check the config.inc.php file and verify the master administrator's user name and password.

The username and password in the config.inc.php file is the same as that entered at the login to the Setup Manager.

Please open a support ticket with the link to your Setup Manager and attach your config.inc.php file. I'll take a look...

All is now well, I have seen where the issue was with the duplicate user. As all ways your support has been prompt and decisive, many thanks.
