I'm not exactly when the issue occured, but here is the problem
The pop up windows only show one event on days that have multiple events.
Here is the series of events that I followed before noticing the problem.
While at version 6.2.11:
Added filter plugin script.
Added sub-category filtering form. (following the guidence on ve9gra's site. )
Upgraded to 6.3.05 because I also wanted to add the legend.
