Primary support will be limited from Oct. 20 through Oct. 23, 2005.
Brian (the developer) will only be available in very limited capacity (probably in the late evenings) for support in the forums or by any other means during this time period.
If you have support issues, please read the support page for suggestions, check out the FAQ and use the forums for assistance.
License keys may not be able to be reset until Oct. 24 as Brian is the only person that can do this.
Although every effort will be made to provide the high level of support that is normally expected from our valued clients, you may experience delays in developer response during this time.
