Evaluation Missing TOC

I have been evaluating the calendar, I did not find the demoTOC.php material in the files I received. Is this an oversight, or is it not included in the demo?

There isn't a demoTOC.php file...

If you want to view the demo page with the TOC mode calendar, open the demo.php file and uncomment the line:

// $TOC=1; // UNCOMMENT THIS LINE TO SHOW TEXT ON CALENDAR
