Hello!

I'm trying to install the trial version of the calendar after running the test script which passed the Zend but Failed the Ion. Because I'm on a Mac I had to use the Zip version of the Zend. I followed the instructions on what files to upload binary and ASCII and set permissions.

I tried going to my setup/index.php and got this message:
Fatal error: Decompression error, probably the file is corrupt in /home/mrfrs/public_html/calendar/setup/index.php on line 0

I've tried downloading and uploading the files over and over but it didn't help. Any suggestions?

Thanks so much!

In WinZip, there's an option called "TAR smart CR/LF conversion" and it has to be turned off, you might want to check your Zip utility to make sure that it either doesn't have that option, or that the option is turned off.

If you still can't manage it, you can send me an email to <removed> with your FTP server's address, username, password and the location where you want me to upload it. I'll have it done by the end of the day (more likely around noon) and I'll send you an email to confirm when complete.

This must've really only been an unzipping/uploading issue, as when I installed it with the auto-installer, it worked.

Good luck from now on :)

I followed the suggested comment about removing the option in the winzip utillity, but I'm still getting file corrupt message.

I purchased this and had it working just fine but the hosting server crashed and I had to find new host. I uploaded to new host and now I'm getting this error.

Can you help me?

Thanks,

Did you use the auto-installer?

If not and you're using the Zend version, make sure the correct files (as outlined in the instructions) are uploaded in forced binary mode.
