Error during Setup [Archive] - Easy PHP Calendar

I tried to start the setup process and got this error:

Fatal error: Corrupted encoded data detected in /home/virtual/site50/fst/var/www/html/Preview/calendar/setup/index.php on line 0

any suggestions?

Did you use the auto-installer?

Which version (ionCube or Zend)?

I used Zend and the zip file not the autoinstaller

You have to make sure to upload the files in the appropriate mode (Binary or ASCII). Follow the instructions outlined in the online documentation (http://docs.easyphpcalendar.com/source/Install/Zend.htm).

Or, you also have the option of using the auto installer which takes care of that.
