I just installed the upgrade from a demo and am getting the following message on the page where the calendar was displayed (when it was in demo form):
Fatal error: Unable to read 7960 bytes in /home/httpd/vhosts/globalhealth.org/httpdocs/calendar/functions/tocCalendar.php on line 0
Thanks for any help.

I re-uploaded the files as binary and Rackspace installed the latest version of the Zend Optimizer a few days ago (that worked with the demo). The error message has now changed to this:
http://www.globalhealth.org/images/spacer.gif
Fatal error: Incompatible file format: The encoded file has format ID 2415079, which is too old in /home/httpd/vhosts/globalhealth.org/httpdocs/calendar/functions/tocCalendar.php on line 0
Help, again, please.

(The demo calendar files and the full-version calendar files are exactly the same. So, if the demo worked, the full version should as well.)
That error means that the files were uploaded in an incorrect way (not forced binary). Please try to upload that file again and make sure it's in forced binary mode.

I have uploaded it once as I did the demo (auto) and twice as forced binary but am still getting this error message:
Fatal error: Incompatible file format: The encoded file has format ID 2415079, which is too old in /home/httpd/vhosts/globalhealth.org/httpdocs/calendar/functions/tocCalendar.php on line 0
Thanks.
