sudden outage

My installation works flawlessley for months but now I suddeny get this error

The file /home/.harimau/uticafor/midstateems.org/calendar/events/index.php has been encoded with the ionCube PHP Encoder (http://www.ioncube.com/) and requires the free ioncube_loader_lin_4.4.so ionCube PHP Loader (http://www.ioncube.com/loaders.php) to be installed.

anyone know how to fix it without doing a full re-install of the script?

I changed nothing to cause this error.
