We've been using this calendar software for over a year and I have to admit the new version (6.x) is an outstanding piece of work.
We're a small church in Chicago and have little money to spend on "extras" but this software is well worth the few dollars. It's easy to set-up and maintain, offers a myriad of options and the documentation is fairly well done. Support of the software, as well as installation and usage questions, is prompt and well explained.
Although we're not experts with html, we've made a few changes to the basic calendar script & entries (using TOC layout, letting the title wrap, adding our own logo & page title, using embedded html in some entries).
Here's our page if anyone's interested. http://www.universalcpl.org/calendar/UCPL_calendar.php
In a future licensed release, we'd like:
- the option of letting the title wrap
- a window to allow entry of a link in the event description (the calendar code would complete the wrap-around html)
- of adding the gif/link back to the phpcalendar site and its placement on the page (we have it at the bottom).
- some improvements to the documentation based on the most common user inquiries.
Thanks though for offering your calendar!!!!
