Buy Now - Upgrade Later

If I purchase a licence now to become more familiar with the program and later want to add the brand-less aspect, is that possible? Will I only be charged the upgrade price (currently $29.xx)

Also, when v7 comes out, will my brand-less licence still hold or will I need to upgrade that as well? Thank you...
