Order Number fails

Greetings Brian. Been a month or two. I was trying to get the latest release of this little jewel but typing in my order number on the download page as the same effect as asking Ted Kennedy to join AA. I'm pretty sure we did this dance a few months ago so I apologize for the repeat. I am in no real hurry.

So, you been riding that bike much? Northern CA turned into a rain forest about 5 months ago so not a lot of riding here. Besides, the Panhead is disassembled again.

Did you try to use the Order Lookup System from the Support page to have your order details sent to you?

I've ridden a couple of times this year, but nothing major. Weather's been either rainy or extremely windy. I do have plans to take her out this weekend. :)

Yes, tried the lookup. Put the number in, and I am taking the number from the email sent through Order Details. Put the number in, press Go and it simply clears the box of the number, waiting for me me to put the number in. No error.

Hope you get to ride. I will soon. Hopefully my Pan but if nothing else, my girlfriend bought herself a Sportster which she has offered to me. She has to learn to ride. Last bike was a Sporty so that's cool with me.

Please open a support ticket and include the URL and login to your Setup Manager and I'll take a look. :)
