Permissions change back

I've been trying to change the permissions on the 3 files as recommended - I do it in WS_FTP Pro and they seem to change fine, soon as I refresh the page they have changed back.. Any ideas why that might be?

Your web host provide may have restrictions on file permissions. I'd check with them and make sure that your files are safe they way they set or if they can set the permissions for you.
