Blank Calendar after upgrade

We have a good working version of 6.3.11.
I've tried four or five time to upgrade to 6.3.19 using the instructions for FTP and Zend. We are on an OS X server with PHP 5.04
Each time, I get a blank calendar. We're now working on a backup version to try and get it to work with no luck. Both the live and backup versions work fine when we restore them back to the 6.3.11 version but break when we upgrade. All of the pages are blank.
We are not touching the license.php file or the config.inc.php file.

Any help is appreciated. :confused:

Backup the licence.php and config.inc.php somewhere else, then use the auto-installer and test the installation. If it works, restore licence and config, then test again.

Report back if it's still failing.

It was my understanding that the auto installer is only for windows machines. This installation is on an OS X server.

No, the auto-installer only runs on Windows machines. It is a Windows executable, it won't work with Macs. But as long as you have FTP access to your server, it'll work with any server.

Thanks for the tip. Using the installer worked. And the auto correct feature in the setup to take of the paths is great! We're up and running.
