PHP and MySQL Upgrade

We are doing a server upgrade soon...

From: PHP 4.3.10, MySQL 4.1
To: PHP 5.?, MySQL 5.?

What do I need to consider concerning this script ( v.6.3.19 ionCube )

1. Do I just need to replace the code with the PHP5 version?
2. Is there and db changes in the PHP5 version?
3. Will your script run fine under MySQL 5?
4. Does my server admin care how much work this could cause me :classic:

From other support forum posts I am assuming that I can download and install the PHP5 version of the code and use the same licence key

You should be able to use the same key. If not, just fill out the simple form to get a new one.
