Hello,

I have a major problem.

I purchased a license for the the calendar on Tuesday 16th May. I received the first confirmation email from NashTec but no 2nd email containing the order number.

The next day I went on line to retrieve the Order Number and at first, I was informed the number would be emailed. Nothing came. On the 18th May, the retrieval tool tells me my email address is not recognised.

I raised two support tickets but got zero response. I am not using any anti-spam and nothing is appearing in the junk mail.

I tried to register for the bulletin board but got no confirmation message. So now I have to register using a hotmail account and at least I can register. Is there something wrong with my email address? I've been trying to register using

tony@woodside-consulting.com

but it doesn't work. I'm getting other stuff without apparent problems. I can provide the original payment confirmation (recorded Date/Time : 16-May-2006 05:50:23 AM) if that helps.

BTW, I note that the money HAS been taken out of my account.

I like the tool but there is something seriously wrong with the registration process here.

I answered both of your tickets, but the replies keep getting bounced. Also, the order number emails bounce too. I also tried contacting you through two other email accounts on different domains/servers and they bounced as well. Since I was unable to contact you to give you the information you need to license the script, I refunded your order the next day.

If you are able to receive emails through your hotmail account from this site, you may want purchase again using that email address so you will be able to receive our emails.

Thanks for the super-quick reply. That in itself restores a lot of confidence!

Worrying about the email bouncing though...

A happy ending....

The money was indeed quickly refunded and the calendar is now up and running after registering with a different account.
