Calendar/Setup/index.php completely blank

Hi- I'm trying to set up the trial version to see if this will work for me, but the Setup/index.php page is completely blank so I can't continue with setup. I'm on a mac, so I can't use the auto installer. I've tried re-uploading the index.php file. Any ideas?

I saw in another post it talks about uploading certain files as ASCII and others as binary, but it points to the manual upload instructions and the little folders on that page that look like they would be navigation to find out which ones to upload which way (they're on the right below the other folder image) are just images, not links! Is there are place I can see which ones to upload which way?

Wait- I see- it's a diagram sort of. But it say to upload all the files as both ASCII and Binary- I don't get it. help?

HOLY SH*T I'm dumb. I get it now- it's gray and red- woah.... this is what happens when a designer tries to install programs...

You should be fine uploading everything in forced binary mode. There is a flash tutorial on how to do this under Uploading Files / FTP Voyager:
