Cannot log into Setup Manager

I cannot log into the Setup Manager after installing the software

I am just presented with the "write permission" error screen.

Any help would be appreciated.

You need to make those files writable in order to log in and save your changes. The instructions are on that screen. If you need assistance, your web host provider would be best at helping you properly configure those files.

I attempted to follow the instructions on the screen, but need to be able to log into the setup manager to change those permissions according to the instructions, which I cannot do. Am I missing something?

This is done at the server level, before you log into the Setup Manager. This is a server issue, not a calendar issue.
