Greetings...
After entering a rountine calendar event, I received an email massage advising that Release Version: 6.3.23 was available. I thought that I followed all instructions to install the update, but now it seems that everything is screwed up.
1. I was prompted for an order number. I dug through my email archives and found it. Now I am prompted for a licence key. I did not find that in my archives. All of the private messages that originated from your help desk on the problems I had with the last update have been removed. I have submitted a request for the license key.

displays calendars with no events, and a "license key" error.
