Hi -
Our client complained that adding dates beyond Dec.2006 was not possible and in an effort to fix that , we tried to upgrade. We installed latest version of Zend as well. Now we cannot run setup manager or view any other files without this error:Fatal error: Unable to read X bytes in file.php on line 0
We have read posts to fix - nothing is working. We also forced binary via FTP and tried 3 times - nothing still. We even replaced the old original files from backup and still nothing. Any ideas? Can we just start with a clean install or should we attempt the upgrade again?

This error is due to the files not being uploaded in binary mode or were corrupted during the download/decompression.

As for your first problem, unless someone used the Setup Manager and selected to limit the date range of events, this shouldn't be an issue.

I'd be happy to upload the files for you if you'd open a support ticket with your server information. :)

WE now have installed 2 calendars - one via the exe in a test directory, and one in the normal calendar directory. How can we combine the 2 to have the old settings still display and maintain teh old file path, but with all of the newly installed (upgraded) files?
Thanks Brian!

You need to move all of the files in the events/functions/plugins/setup directory to the original calendar location.
