Set Up Manager -- Missing page of variables

I have a licensed version installed. Everything seems to work perfectly, except when I went to setup the categories, and click on categories in setup manager I get an almost blank page. The menu of selections on the left is till there and the save changes piece is still there, but the light blue background stuff (the variables) don't show.

I get no error messages.

Probably a corrupt categoriesSetup.php file. Try uploading this file and the main index.php file again.

It wasn't corrupt, it just wasn't there. File size was 0
