license help

i am having a heck of a time getting my license installed. everytime it just says error in key. i but just purchased it about 12 hours ago and even had the key reset but still the same thing. i made sure permissons were 646 dunno whats going on.

haha i fell retarded now. i got it. you can ignore the support ticket from me also.

well it never auto obtained. had no idea i had to click get license after it came back to the license screen. doh! lol

The system will try to auto-obatin the key, but if for some reason it's not able to, you can always click the Get License link in the bright-yellow box. :)
