View Full Version : Reset License, Still in Demo Mode

I requested, received, and installed a new license because I thought that was the reason the calendar was still showing in demo mode and would not display events that I had entered and still contained the "License Key Error:
[Running in limited mode] [Help]" at the top of the calendar.

Briefly, in one browser, I was able to see the events in the calendar, but all of the formatting was gone. After rebooting and viewing in a number of different browsers, I seem to be back at square 1.

I did have a number of issues because I was using a temporary URL:

123.456.78.910/~username

but I have since updated the DNS and the paths.

The Events Manager and Setup Manager seem to be working correctly.

I checked the license database and there is no license key for the domain qwchurch.com. You many have inadvertently licensed the IP address or another domain address.

Make sure you log into the Setup Manager using the domain you want to license.

You'll need to request a new license key.

Brian, I did log into the Setup Manager now using the domain, instead of the IP:

However, when I select License, I get:

Status: Invalid License Key! If I enter my current license number it comes back as invalid. If I select Get License Key I get:

License System

Bad License Request!

Please reset your license in the calendar Setup Manager and try again.

I am in a perpetual loop.

Can I send you the Order Number privately?

No need to send the order number. Just request a new license key.
