Switching Hosting Companies

First, sorry If this has been posted before, couldn't find anything.

So I'm switching hosting companies for my website and my question is...will I need to re-purchase the license for the website? I have the initial license plus the additional $3 fee for a second domain (parked). Also wondering what the steps would be to switch the calendar to the new system, could I just copy all the files and the database information?

Install as usual, restore your config, database and themes. Then when viewing the calendar you'll see a key error. Follow the link to reset your license.
