My client has version 6.2.8 of the EasyPHP Calendar. They are receiving the License Key Error message because they let their original domain name expire and have had to switch to a new domain name.

The details of the original order have long since been lost, as the person who installed it is long gone. They do not have access to the original email account either. So, to get this working again with a valid license key, I'm assuming that we probably need to re-purchase the calendar (since we cannot use the automated reset without having the order details or original email address).

Question: once we purchase a new copy, can we easily update the license key (for the existing calendar installed on their website) without having to re-install everything? If so, what are the steps that we need to take?

Please open a support ticket and we can try to find the correct purchase information and update it for the current account holder.
