We tried to purchase your product using 2 different credit cards today, and neither was accepted.

Could you please look into fixing the credit card processing? We were hoping to deploy this asap, but pay pal and snail mailing a check will both take about a week.
I've already paid by paypal, but im sure future customers will appreciate it.

As far as CC processing, there isn't anything to be fixed. Most likely the address on file with the CC company didn't match what was being entered in the order system.

Both the the cards we tried are used to make online purchases all the time. I seriously doubt that the address information was the issue on both.

The only information I have is there was an AVS mismatch (address error). That's all the information they will give me. For them to give me more me more, I would need to be you. Your credit card issuer can tell you exactly why the card was declined.

I just checked my paypal account status and this e-check is taking forever to process. I initiated the transaction last Friday and the projected date it will go through is next Monday. I really want to get the calendar in place this week... ideally today. Anything you can do for me?

Usually they will release the funds sooner, but unfortunately I can't do anything until they do.

As soon as the order was cleared you were automatically sent an email with your order number and licensing instructions.
If you need them sent to you again you can use the Order Lookup system on the Support page.
