The encoded file /var/www/html/calendar/setup/authentication.php is corrupt.

Hello,
I installed the calendar software on my server and followed the installation steps.
After I entered my admins username and pasword I klicked on the "Trial" button, a license number appeared but then suddenly I got a white page with message: "The encoded file /var/www/html/calendar/setup/authentication.php is corrupt."
Now everytime I go to the www.mydomain.be/calendar/setup/index.php (http://www.mydomain.be/calendar/setup/index.php) (
I replaced mydomain with the correct domain) I got this message so I'm afraid I'm stucked.
Can anyone give me some help please? I searched already the FAQ but did not find the answer yet. :sad:

Good news: :)
I deleted the whole thing from my server and uploaded it again with the autoinstaller. This time I managed to pass the "Trial Mode" screen and I am now looking for the database setup.

Remark: The first time I did a manual install. In the setup screen I left the checkbox for automatically download license key untouched. The second time only the checkbox for the Trial Mode was checked... (I cleared the checkflag for the automatically license number download)
