Good day,
I am writing after having a successful installation and setting up my admin user. After clicking the continue in trial mode button I got the following error:

Warning: main(license.php) [function.main (http://www.livinginunison.com/english/calendar/events/function.main)]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /mnt/web6/12/00/5826100/htdocs/livinginunison.com/english/calendar/events/index.php on line 25

Warning: main(license.php) [function.main (http://www.livinginunison.com/english/calendar/events/function.main)]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /mnt/web6/12/00/5826100/htdocs/livinginunison.com/english/calendar/events/index.php on line 25

Fatal error: main() [function.require (http://www.livinginunison.com/english/calendar/events/function.require)]: Failed opening required 'license.php' (include_path='.:/opt/RZphp4/includes') in /mnt/web6/12/00/5826100/htdocs/livinginunison.com/english/calendar/events/index.php on line 25

I went in and changed permissions for the license, config and calendar files and still get this message.

I have installed this calendar over 10 times and never had any problem. I thought maybe the problem was that the calendar is installed in a folder, but since this is a bilingual site, there are sub-folders for each version of the site.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Maureen

Can you confirm that the files are there?

Actually, the only file that seems to be missing is the license.php file. You said you changed the permissions for that file... what did you change it to, and who's the owner of the file?

Hi Gervais,
that is a good hint, I have a unix server that I usually use, and I have full access to change the permissions on there, but this installation is for my client's site that is hosted with another company.

I thought I had changed the permission, but now I check again and it didn't save my change. I guess I can't change the permission myself. I guess I'll have to try and get them to change the permission.

Thanks for your help, if that isn't the problem I'll be back in the forum.
