Option for only admins to edit events

Is there an option or a way that I can allow only the Admin account to edit events? Even if its possible directly in the code, but if that part is encoded then I definately can't use this calendar.

If your users only need view, then don't give them any login info and integrate the calendar into your own pages. Then the System Admin has permissions to modify settings and add events, and your Event Admins are the ones who can add events.

If you need users to be able to add events, but not edit them, then that is not possible in the current version. It is planned for version 7.
