Customizing the calendar

I have used your calendar in the past and set it up on a website (www.douglasgolfclub.com/Events.php (http://www.douglasgolfclub.com/Events.php)) and have customized it to look how I want and it does look good on that site. I just purchased another license for a new website and I am not getting it to look similar to the original site. The new site is www.jackalope.org/Douglas/DouglasEvents.php (http://www.jackalope.org/Douglas/DouglasEvents.php). I am trying to do the calendar and the list look, however the calendar is not formated in any way (borders, verdana text, etc.). I have cross referenced the code in the calendar.php file and the esstyle.css and I must be missing something. I can't identify why the calendar is looking the way that it is and not graphically pleasing. Please help!
