events and ticketing/registration w/ possibly PayPal

Hello...
I really love this calendar and so does my web client....

I need essentially the same thing as indicated in this post:

We want site visitors to be able to register for an event online, and possibly pay w/ Paypal but we're not sure about that part yet. Might just be online reg right now. We're also accepting registrations by phone so we want the registration notification system to be user friendly for the store staff.

Can you customize based on your response to the above post?

and what would you recommend for an online registration system?

I really can't recommend an online registration system. I've always rolled my own. :)
