Blank Calendar Page

I've read all posts associated with this that I can find and they don't seem to help. The only one I found was from February and the thread was closed.

My hosting server just upgraded and now my calendar (and Dada mail) won't work. I have a blank screen where my calendar used to be.

I ran the tester and it said a session fail so I searched for that on the forum and I tried the changes suggested. The hosting service says they see nothing wrong and that I need to seek support from the software company.

I read the posts about setting up a sessions directory and changing the save location in the code. No change. I read about editing the php.ini file but I have no idea where this is and how to do this.

The fact that the sessions don't work shouldn't impact your calendar from displaying... it will stop you from logging in to your Setup and Event Manager.

You should try to follow the upgrade instructions so that you can do a reinstall without losing any of your changes. What probably happened is your files might've ended up being corrupted in the transfer.
