Migrating from Flat File to SQL

Is there an easy way to migrate from a flat file to using MySQL as it looks like the next version will no longer support flat files???

I am NOT a programmer an am having issues already...

What issues are you having?

There is no way for a user to convert from one to the other type of database, but if you send me your database, I can convert it for you. You can either attach it to a post here (zipped please), or you can email it to me (I believe you still have my address).
