Is there a way to integrate the TOC version into a page in a Wordpress blog?

Thanks.

Just read the posts in this forum... If you run into issues following the instructions, post here and we'll try to get you through them.

Thank you so much. Using other posts in this section I was able to successfully get the calendar to work on my main page, and then also create a WP page dedicated to a larger version of the calendar.

I'm running into another problem now though. Both pages kill anything else running in the sidebar. I've tried running widgets, and also just inserting my own code for things WP-Cumulus. They only work on pages that don't have any calendar functionality showing.

Any ideas why this might be?

Yes. You have installed the calendar using its own database. Make sure that you use your WP database in the Calendar's configuration.

Don't worry, it only creates a single table called epc_calendar and doesn't muck around with the rest of your data.

Thanks so much! That worked perfectly.

Question? I puchased PHP calendar after I was sure I could intergrate to my Word Press .com site.
I see there are a few here who claim to have done this. Are you using word press .org or word press .com? I ask this because the support person at word press .com said I could not use the calendar, and I would have to find a hosting site and switch to word press.org. Which is what I will do if I have to so are there any answers? Chris

I'm not familiar with WP, so I can't answer those questions. You may want to start a new thread so those that are can try to help you.

If you have questions about your account, you should open a support ticket to discuss those issues.

FYI, this information applies to you:

You may also want to review the license agreement to which you agreed to yesterday and the alert that popped up when you agreed that you verified the script will work on your server and for your particular needs. (You can't order without clicking and agreeing.)

The WP.com is a hosting site where you cannot upload files, so no the calendar will not be compatible with their service. As Brian mentioned, not being able to even install the Tester Script should have pointed out to you that it would not work.

As WP.com confirmed to you, you will have to use the .org version, which means finding your own 'real' host, and install WordPress yourself. All of the threads here are all done on the .org version on our own servers.
