ERROR ionCube PHP Loader

An error occured when starting the instalation:

Site error: the file C:\........calendar\setup\index.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_win_4.4.dll to be installed by the site administrator.

How to solve?

Your serer administrator or web host provider will need to install the ionCube loader for you. Or, if the tester says Zend will work, you can use that version.
