After installing and configuring, My calendar is on the far left side of the screen and is TEXT ONLY....

Can anyone give me a clue here?

Make sure that you follow the instructions in the Online Docs (http://docs.easyphpcalendar.com/) - Integration - Important. You can also view a proper integration in the /calendar/demo.php file.
